Hands down, Ruperto is a super agent in my book. He represented us in our purchase of two  historical buildings near the Rondout Waterfront in Kingston. As a person, thoughtful and with a  calm demeanor are the best ways to describe him. In deal making however, strategic and  diplomatic are his best attributes. He was diligent in monitoring the market for over a year and  identified the second building which met the unusual requirements we had. In addition to be a  realty agent par excellence, Ruperto is also an accomplished drummer, active in the music scene  here in Mid-Hudson Valley.
